SVN Percival Partners congratulates Kent Lamm on the SALE of 909 East Blvd., Charlotte, NC. Kent represented the Seller, Southeast Capital Facilities, LLC and the Buyer was represented by Ken Heiliger, Heiliger Assc. Inc.

SVN Percival Partners congratulates Tom Auer on the following recently completed transactions.
Most notably, the SALE of 1735 E Dixon Blvd. in Shelby, NC (formerly the Shelby Cycle Center) which closed 3/16/16. Tom represented the Seller, Inkidar Enterprises. The Buyer was the neighboring business – State Employees’ Credit Union, represented by Bill Chambless, Carolinas Commercial Realty.
Tom also closed 2 lease transactions at the Venture Center, 1415 S. Church St., Charlotte, NC:
Suite A, 1,401 SF was leased for a 3 year term to Artisan Shutter Inc.
Suite E, 1,544 SF was leased for a 3 year term to Star Asia International Inc.
