Percival Partners sold the 44.96-acre parcel to Widewaters Land Company for a purchase price of $6,100,000.  The lighted intersection is between Indian Land Schools and Sun City along Hwy 521.  The proposed ParkStone at Indian Land development will consist of a bank, convenience store, restaurants, and an apartment community in the rear of the property.  This will be the first development in the Charlotte Metro Area for Widewaters Land Company.  Tom Auer, Advisor with Percival Partners, represented the landowner in the transaction.
